Area menu is a type of menu, which includes a subarea menu and a series of transactions under the subarea menu.CodeGenerally, a region menu is a combination of similar functions.

As shown in, the purchasing order is a region menu.

For the following reasons, we need to add the code for viewing the region menu

1) We want to add some sap transaction Code (for example, in the standard system, the transaction code va05n is not in the SAP menu) or custom transaction code to the SAP menu;

2) We want to go to a region menu more quickly, as shown in. We do not want to click (logistic)> Material Management> purchasing-> purchase order to switch to the region menu purchase order.

3) modify the description of the SAP regional menu. The translation of some regional menus is not very accurate, and we hope to change it to a more accurate meaning.

Click the area menu (cretea) next to the purchase order level, and click technical details to view the corresponding shortcuts.

In this example, the code of the region menu is me00. Therefore, you can enter me00 to quickly switch to the region menu purchase order.

The transaction code se43 can modify the region menu, as shown in the preceding figure. Enter se43 and then enter me00 to modify the region menu and add custom transaction code.

We can also set a specific user to directly switch to a specific region menu when logging on. For example, the purchaser can directly switch to the region menu corresponding to the purchase order.

Transaction code: su01. Input me00 in the Start Menu. The user enters sap next time and directly switches to the region menu of the purchase order.
