Email title: XX job experience apply for XXXX + name + phone number (at least HR does not need to open the email when you want to notify you of the interview)
Body of the email:
Dear Sir/Madam:
Hello. My name is XX. I learned from xxx that your company is hiring XX jobs. I have a XX degree (if the company attaches great importance to the degree), XX language, XX work/project experience (according to the actual situation, concentrate into one to two sentences ). I would like to submit a resume and look forward to your interview.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Resume
Basic information, such as name, gender, education, Major, etc ...... (This part can be written according to the requirements in the recruitment briefing, such as some requirements for education, certificates, and experience. If there is no requirement, it can be simplified .) In addition, you can carefully prepare a small half-length photo of 1/3 (if you think the photo looks outstanding and the photo looks good, you can also directly upload the photo). Now digital cameras are becoming increasingly popular, find a background with a better environment, with a fresh and energetic face. It is best to wear business clothes, casual wear, or sportswear. It is best not to wear sports clothes. The background is also a bed, and you are not afraid to take a cigarette (don't laugh, I have seen such a resume) or do some strange actions.
[Personal advantages]
Use 1, 2, 3, 4 ...... List your strengths and project experiences. Be sure to use a language that HR can understand. For example, in XX Project, I am a backbone engineer, it is mainly responsible for the XXXX function (accounting for X % of the project), which is the core function of the project ...... (Because many HR professionals are not computer professionals, even professional ones, and they are also good at different directions, they may not understand what you mean by a bunch of technical terms; so at least 1/3 use this type of language, so that HR can see your value and understand your capabilities)
This step can be said to be the highlight of the entire resume. HR may find you outstanding and it is worth notifying you to come to the interview.
These two parts are mainly for HR. The specific work experience and project experience below are more for employers.
[Work Experience]
Note that you must write data in reverse mode, that is, first write the latest work, and then gradually push forward.
I remember that I once saw my resume and jumped in order. I have spent all my eyes.
XX year x month -- xx year x month xxxxxxx company XX position
Briefly describe the work performance (meaning, generally no more than 3 rows)
Project experiences can be listed separately or in work experiences. Choose one or two pieces that best reflect your technical skills for detailed description (this description is for the employer's department, write as professionally as possible. The image is the way to write a technical article. Then, the employee department can check it out. Well, this is a good one. Even if it is recruited to write a technical document, it should be very good, it won't make a mess ~)
If you have brought a team, you should also describe the experience of bringing the team, how can you introduce it with several people, and team-level experience that best reflects capabilities (for example, solving the XX problem encountered by the Team ).
[Educational background]
Generally, you can enter the university or above, and enter the training experience.
If you hold a major student union position in the school and have won multiple scholarships, you can also summarize it.
In addition, if you have any other special skills, special experiences or rewards, you can write them up.
Also, try not to use the word "proficient" in the entire resume, because even if you are about to use your employer's department supervisor, you may not be proficient in this technology; we recommend that you use the word "skilled. Unless you are already recognized as an expert in this industry, you may feel that you only understand what you think of as an expert... Well, it's far away. Basically, at this level, you don't need to submit a resume. It's all about headhunting and HR of major companies.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wish you good health and good job!

This writing method is just a matter of discussion. It doesn't mean that you must write your resume in this way. Your resume is not fixed, because different HR may have different preferences. However, the general use of such a form basically meets the requirements of highlighting the key points.
Because HR only needs to know what you will know through your resume, whether you meet the basic screening conditions, what you are good at, whether you meet the job requirements of this position, and what you are at a deeper level, you need to pass the interview and written examination.
Tips for sending a resume Email:
1. The mail title should be in the form I mentioned above, or written as required by the employer to avoid the title "apply for" or "resume.
2. You must include your resume in the body of the email. It is best to use the plain text format. Make sure that the version is prepared (use the line breaks and blank lines, and add some simple characters.★◆ ● ).
Although many emails currently support various formats, it is recommended that you do not use a form for the sake of insurance. In case that the records shown by HR are different from those displayed on your machine, the rows and columns are misplaced, this is the opposite effect.
You can attach a word-format resume attachment (for HR printing convenience), as well as some necessary photos and certificates.
3. Do not submit your resume repeatedly. in a company, it is enough to submit your resume once a month. Otherwise, the HR staff may simply delete it, but may not even read it.
4. The submitted Resume can be written in the header.
5. If the other party specifies the salary range, you can choose the intermediate number in your resume to write your salary requirements. The other party did not write, it is best not to write, unless you know the salary level standard of the other company. Otherwise, your resume may be rejected during the screening process.
6. In English, if you have a certificate of grade, write it directly. If you do not have a certificate of grade, you can understand the help documentation. If you are a foreign company, you need to describe the write, listen, and read/write capabilities. Of course, if it is not good, you can leave it empty for the time being. We will talk about it in the interview stage first, but if the English language is very poor, do not go to a foreign company for the time being. Please fill in your English and submit your resume first.
