Router tplink882 solution When wireless switch is not connected to the Internet:
Verify that the terminal is automatically getting the IP address, DNS server address, and access to the same network segment as the router IP.
If the computer is already getting the IP address automatically, but the IP address is 169.254.x.x, please disable the local connection or wireless connection of the computer before you enable it.
Make sure to connect the primary router to the LAN port of the secondary router, as shown below.
1, confirm the wireless signal name and wireless password
Verify that the wireless terminal is connected to its own router's wireless signal name, if not confirmed, can be wired to login to the Deputy router management interface, click Wireless Settings >> basic settings to confirm the wireless signal name.
In the wireless security settings, confirm the wireless key.
2. Modify IP Address
If the IP address of the secondary router is the same as the IP address of the primary router, an IP conflict will occur, causing the terminal to not be able to network. In this case, you need to modify the IP address of the secondary route.
How to modify: Login to the router's management interface, click Network Parameters >> LAN port settings, modify the IP address to the main router does not conflict with the IP address (take 192.168.1.2 as an example), save and restart the router. As shown in the following illustration:
Check your browser settings for the following methods (only valid for IE browser settings).
Disable dial-up connection: Open IE browser, click Tools >> Internet Options, select connection >> never dial connection.
Disable Network agent: Click Tools >> Internet Options, select Connection >> LAN settings, make sure three options are not checked, and click OK. Go back to the previous Internet Options dialog box and click OK.
Set up, try to open the browser to the Internet.
If the browser is set up correctly but still unable to access the Internet, it is recommended that you replace the browser (using Firefox/firefox, Google/chrome, or other browsers) and try again if you are still unable to access the Internet, try to replace the terminal contrast test.
If the other wireless terminals on the Internet are normal, it may be the setting of individual terminals or the main router to control the Internet function, you can first try to check the main router's Internet control, if the main router is set up normally, it is recommended to consult wireless equipment manufacturers.
If all wireless terminals are not on the network, it may be a router setup problem or failure, you can try to restore the router to the factory setting state, the video guide settings again.
