However, everyone has a "selfish" side and has their own direction. They will keep moving in this direction. In addition to positions, dignity, vision, and other factors, salary is also one of the manifestations. When a person feels that his or her position or salary is not balanced with his or her current job, there will be distractions, which will affect the quality of work more or less. Of course, this "imbalance" has a lot of subjective elements. Whether it can be achieved must be objectively evaluated and verified by the market and enterprises.
