Scrum Team

Consists of a Product Owner, the development Team, Scrum Master.

1. The scrum Master: the person responsible for the scrum process ensures the correct use of scrum and maximizes the benefits of scrum. Generally not translated

2. Product Owner Products owner: The person responsible for maintaining the product order, representing the interests of the stakeholder.

The product Owner is the sole person responsible for managing the product Backlog

• ? Clearly expressing Product Backlog items;
• ? Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions;
• ? Optimizing the value of the work the development Team performs;

? Ensuring the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team would work on NE xt And,
? Ensuring the development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.

3. The Development Team

The development Team consists of professionals who does the work of delivering a potentially releasable Increment of ' done ' Product at the end of each Sprint. Only members of the development Team create the Increment.

Order Product Backlog: high-level requirements sorted by priority. Sprint Order Sprint Backlog: A checklist of tasks to complete in a sprint. Sprint Burndown Chart Burndown chart: Shows all remaining working hours on the sprint length of the daily decreasing graph, because the overall is always diminishing and named EventsScheduled Sprint planning meeting: At the beginning of each sprint, the product owner will explain the requirements, and the development team will estimate the planned meetings. Daily Daily Standup meeting: The team's internal short-term communication is usually only 15 minutes long and is named after standing. The jury Review meeting: a conference that shows and evaluates the product owner before the sprint ends. Retrospective meeting: A conference on self-Sustaining improvement, held after the end of the sprint.
