Selenium+python Installation Notes

1. download the Python msi version

2. install python, can be installed by default on the C Drive,python3.4.4 comes with pip and Setuptools , no need to repeat the download Pip as well Setuptools. After installing Python, you need to add a Python configuration to the environment variables.

3. Download Selenium,https://pypi.python.org\pypi\selenium. This time selected download selenium-3.3.3.tar.gz (MD5), the general default Download the latest version.

4. After the download Selenium is successful, unzip it to the site-packages folder under the Python installation directory . such as C:\Python34\Lib\site-packages. And in the current selenium decompression path is lowered with the command box, enter pip install Selenium.

5. install the latest version of Firefox, as the latest version of Firefox needs to download third-party driver. Download The Geckodriver, and put it in the Firefox installation directory, in the environment variable path to add Firefox path, for example: D:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox .

6. When the above installation and configuration is successful, scripting is performed.
