Yesterday, an ASP. NET Website was deployed with a strange fault,
First install iis6.0. the HTM page can be properly previewed,
After installing. Net framework2.0, the page displays the service unavailable error,
After searching on the internet, check "Run WWW Service in iis5.0 isolated mode" and check whether the HTM page can be viewed normally. However, the ASP. NET page displays "Page cannot be displayed" and"ProgramApplication pool disappears,
I have not found out the problem. I have installed PHP on this server before, but cannot find the PHP uninstall tool.

Solution to service unavailable on the Web Server
This is because the IIS Admin Service in the DCOM component does not grant permissions to the network service; the solution is to open the management tool> component service> Computer> my computer> DCOM configuration, and then find the IIS Admin Service, right-click "properties"> "security"> "edit"> "add" on the right of the custom page. Then, add the network service user. Set the permission to allow local start and Local activation.
