Set text box margins and vertical alignment in a Word 2010 document

By default, the text box for the Word2010 document is aligned vertically, with a text box with a left and right margin of 0.25 cm and a 0.13 cm top and bottom margin. This setting meets the needs of most users, but the user can set the margins and vertical alignment of the text box to fit the actual needs, as described in the following procedure:

Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window, right-click the text box, and choose Format Shape on the open shortcut menu, as shown in Figure 2010101201.

Step 2nd, in the Open Format Shape dialog box, switch to the Text Box tab, set the text box margins in the internal margin area, and then select the top, center, or bottom alignment in the vertical alignment area. Set Finish Click OK, as shown in Figure 2010101202.
