The recycle bin mechanism can prevent permanent and accidental deletion of content.
1. There are two types of SharePoint 2013 recycle bin:End user recycle bin items and deleted from end user recycle bin ).
Ii. SharePoint 2013 recycle bin Configuration:

3. You can specify the percentage of active website quotas for deleted items in the second stage. The default value is 50%. The quota percentage value of the recycle bin in the second stage must be between 1 and 500.
4. You can also disable the second-stage recycle bin. If you select "close", the website set administrator cannot restore the project deleted from the End User recycle bin.
7. After configuring the recycle bin, click OK ".
Iii. Search for the locations of two types of SharePoint 2013 recycle bin:

2. The deleted website (except the primary website) and objects deleted from the first recycle bin will be recycled to the second Recycle Bin (deleted from end user recycle bin.

5. Restore and delete items in the SharePoint 2013 recycle bin:
1. Restore the project from the 'first recycle bin ', select the check box before the item, and click 'Restore selection'. The project is restored directly to its original position.
Delete a project from the 'first recycle bin ', check the option before this option, and click 'delete selection'. The project will be moved to the 'second recycle bin.
2. Restore the project from the 'second recycle bin ', select the check box before the item, and click 'Restore selection'. The project is restored directly to its original position.
