Slickedit 16 tab settings

The following settings are mainly used for Linux kernel development:

1. a vertical line is displayed in column 80: Tools-> options-> appearance-> General, vertical line column is set to 80, and a color can be set below. Note that this vertical line can be displayed only when the font of the editor is set to se to recognize several other width fonts. For example, deja sans mono and Ubuntu mono.

2. Tools-> options-> languages ages-> all languages ages-> View, check "special characters" checkbox, so that the tab issue can be noticed during coding.

3. Tools-> options-> languages ages-> all languages ages-> intent, set intent style to auto, tabs to + 8, and select "intent with tabs"

4. check #3 in tools> Options> ages> ansi c and tools> Options> ages> C/C ++ to ensure that the settings are correct.

5. Tools-> options-> file options-> Save, expand tabs to spaces are set to false, strip trailing spaces to strip trailing spaces only from modified lines.
