If the services do not work any more, we only need to wash and sleep. Recently, I found a very incisive sentence: "service is a sales feeling, not just a transaction. Focusing on the customer's feelings and winning the customer's respect, this is the highest level of service pursuit .", This is a good summary of TMD. For enterprises, relying on services to create a miracle, service failure can also lead to loss of hard-won customers, thus affecting the operation of enterprises.

 

In fact, the main products or projects of many software enterprises in China are information management systems. One key is the understanding of business needs, and the other key is the service level. The younger brother thinks that technology is not a key factor, company A can do what company B can do. Company C can also do it. The final competition will be reflected in the competition of service details. Just like Apple's MP3 iPod, in addition to cool styling, other functional designs are nothing remarkable, but why can it win such a large market share? The key lies in the service, that is, the iPod has an iTunes Music platform design that allows consumers to easily download music. This service and user experience are very difficult and fast for other brands.

 

After talking about it for a long time, what are the main aspects of software services?

 

First, Amon thinks that the service capability of employees is the most important. This runs through the entire product or project process. It directly affects the customer's perception and impression of the company, including methods and skills for employees to obtain business needs, and communication methods and skills between employees and customers, methods and skills for solving conflicts and contradictions among employees, employees' personal personalities and attitudes, and employees' sense of responsibility among others. These seemingly simple and actually there will be a lot of flexibility, it is difficult for us to develop a fixed system and rule to make everyone uniform. I often ask our employees to pay attention to details and be patient, we need to think about problems from the customer's perspective. We do service, not software. We do not have any core technologies at the moment (if so, they are blown out ), at present, we do not have any corporate culture (if any, it is written). We only have our enthusiasm and service, or you can say immediately, isn't it a culture? Then I just fainted.

 

The second is to improve the service level from the software design. Traditional software is well-behaved. It is basically designed from the perspective of functionality and performance. People only remember to use it at work, or the boss forces everyone to use it, then everyone is unwilling to use it. I feel very passive and wronged. There is nothing wrong with it. Isn't the software developed to facilitate work? If one hundred software companies develop an OA system, after the development, you will find that the one hundred OA systems are similar, just like the administrative systems of all companies, it's not interesting that everyone copied it. I think it is necessary for us to break the regular rules and advocate a new thinking for software design. We should design based on the service concept. We should think more about the user experience, our goal is to allow users to actively use the software, which requires the software to be interesting and attractive. Why do so many people like to play games and enjoy it? If the information software can do this, it will be better. Why don't we give it a try?

 

Finally, the technical support and upgrade and maintenance of the software are also very important. This is something that everyone knows about software. What I want to mention is that we must implement timely and fast technical support and upgrade and maintenance, rather than making it a slogan.

 

Well, the above are just some of my younger brother's understandings. Right and wrong, right and wrong are all possible. Some netizens may immediately jump out to approve some of Amon's ideas. This is normal, and the Internet world is disturbing.
