Software production control, its basic control concepts or ideas should be similar to my other blog post "Software Quality Control" (http://www.cnblogs.com/nliao/archive/2012/08/05/2624154.html) in the record. is to establish standard ⇒ control document implementation ⇒ Data collection ⇒ analysis, countermeasures.

--the means of improving quality can have checksheet, but the countermeasure of productive improvement won't have this

--the means of productive improvement can have code automatic generation tool, quality improvement means there will be no quality automatic generation tool

To say concrete (productive, quality) control or means of realization is the category of methodology.

There are ideas, there are methods, then there is implementation, there is monitoring, there are improvements.
