Download Win64-bit installation package on official website https://cygwin.com/install.html
When the download is complete, double-click the installation package to install Cygwin
Select "Install from Internet" and click Next
Select the installation directory and click Next
Select the download directory for the package and click "Next"
Select "Direct Connection"
Select the image station to download and install online
In this step, select the package that you want to install. Because at work, you need to compile C files using gcc, and use Python. So I chose content for GCC-related content, with Python
When you have finished selecting, click Next
Installation starts and waits for the installation to complete, depending on the speed and the selected package.
After installation, display as shown, click "Done" on it.
