Sudo apt-Get install subversion-tools install Client
1. Install SVN first. The SVN installation in Ubuntu is very simple, sudo apt-Get install subversion, and then complete the svn installation step by step as prompted;
2. Check the file (checkout ).
Run SVN Co http: // {SVN repository URL}/destination
Then the system will log on with the current user name, prompting you to enter the password. If the First password entered is incorrect, you will be prompted to enter the user name;
After the input is correct, the file can be checked out.
3. Submit a file (COMMIT ).
Enter the directory to be updated and enter the command:
SVN commit-M path-to-commit, where path-to-commit can be empty. The updated version number is displayed after successful execution.
4. Update the file ).
SVN update: Run this command in the directory to be updated.
5. View logs ).
