The Linux Shell has a tail command that is commonly used to display the last N of a file's contents

But in more cases, we want to run the program on the server side, and need to monitor the running log in real time, what is the way to scroll the log file contents in real time?

Here you can use the tail command plus the parameter F implementation, as follows:

Tail-f ***.log

Parameter description-F,--follow[={name|descriptor}]: output appended data as the file grows; -F,--follow, and--follow=descriptor are equivalent
Tail other parameters run man tail view
