Score Allocation Method
Our team held a meeting in October 22. In order to take into account the enthusiasm and interests of every member of the team, after discussion, we decided to minimize the score span, that is, to make the score distribution average, at the same time, we should also give necessary rewards to those who have made significant contributions to the burden. We have discussed and passed the following scoring distribution system.
The score distribution rules are as follows:
Individual points per time = individual average score per time * difficulty coefficient * work completion status;
Personal points = sum of individual points per time this semester;
Personal score = personal points/all Member points total score;
Note:
Total score = 7*50 = 350 points;
Average individual score per time: 10 points;
Difficulty coefficient: divided into three levels: 1, 1.2, and 1.5, which are determined by the weekly meeting team;
Job completion: 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0 in three grades, which are determined by the weekly meeting team.
