Team Foundation Server Source code control permissions

Today, I encountered a Problem When configuring the team Foundation server. The team member reported that the source code control cannot be enabled in the team resource manager. I checked that he is already a member of the Project Administrators Group, the Project Administrator should switch to the project with the highest permissions. How can this problem be solved? The Project Administrator cannot find relevant information on the Microsoft website. After careful observation, in the source code control window of the team resource manager, the project directory property has a security page. I was delighted to find that I had to add a group of people here. By default, only the server administrators have full source code control permissions. I added the project Administrators Group, all permissions are checked. The problem is solved. I personally think this is a bug. It seems that the Project administrators do not have the source code control permission.
