CD-ROM boot refresh BIOS method
1. We use the ThinkPad X61 as an example to refresh the BIOS of this machine, first we have to find the corresponding BIOS version of the download. BIOS related programs can be downloaded to the (Chinese site) http://think.lenovo.com.cn or (English website) www.lenovo.com/us.
This time we have a Chinese site for example, landing http://think.lenovo.com.cn on the left to enter the host 7-bit model, and then opened the following image download page. To do a CD upgrade, click on the second one in the BIOS: BIOS upgrade program (CD-ROM version).
2. Open the Program download page, click on the program icon can be downloaded, the following figure
3. After downloading the 7nuj16uc.iso, please burn this ISO file to CD.
4. Then put this CD into the CD drive, start the computer, press the F12 key to choose from the CD boot.
5. After booting from the CD, the following menu appears:
The 1th item is the description can look at
The 2nd is the BIOS upgrade option
The 3rd item is to refresh the machine model information, not recommended refresh.
We directly select the 2nd item return, enter after the "Press Y Continue", it will remind two times, we press Y again.
6. Press Y to appear as follows: Be sure your power adapter is securely connected.
7. Enter continue: Tip do not cut off the power.
8. Press Y to continue, start refreshing, 1 minutes or so will end.
9. After the success of the following prompts: Eject the CD-ROM drive, restart the computer.
10. Direct F1 into the BIOS view, refreshing success.
Second, the operating system to refresh the BIOS method

9, select the first item, upgrade BIOS
10. Indicate that the battery is properly installed and connected to the power adapter

12. Start the upgrade process
13. Successful upgrade, prompt restart computer, click Yes
