Tomato working method is a simple time management method, which was founded by Francisco Cirillo in 1992, and is a more microscopic time management method compared with GTD.
Using the tomato work method, select a task to complete, set the tomato time to 25 minutes, focus on the work, not allowed to do anything unrelated to the task, until the tomato clock sounded, and then draw an X on the paper for a short break (5 minutes on the line), every 4 tomato period more rest a while.
The tomato work method greatly improves the efficiency of the work and has an unexpected sense of accomplishment.

Principle 1) A tomato time (25 minutes) is inseparable, there is no half or a half tomato time. 2) A tomato time is void if it is not related to the task. 3) never use the tomato working law during non-working hours. (Example: Spend 3 tomato time with your son's chess, 5 tomato time fishing, etc.) 4) do not compare your tomato data with other people's tomato data. 5) The number of tomatoes cannot determine the ultimate success or failure of the mission. 6) You must have a schedule that is suitable for you. Objective 1: Reduce time anxiety 2, improve concentration and attention, reduce interruption 3, enhance decision-making awareness 4, wake-up incentive and lasting incentive 5, strengthen the determination to achieve the goal 6, improve the estimation process, accurate quality and quantity 7, improve the work learning process 8, strengthen decision, the Gordian Knot practice 1, Start every day to plan a few tasks to be completed today, write the tasks in the list (or in the software) 2, set your tomato clock (timer, software, alarm clock, etc.), time is 25 minutes. 3. Start completing the first task until the tomato bell rings or reminds (25 minutes to). 4. Stop working and draw an X after the task in the list. 5, rest 3-5 minutes, activities, water, convenient and so on. 6. Start the next tomato clock and continue the task. Keep looping until the task is completed and the task is crossed out in the list. 7. After every four tomato clocks, take a 25-minute break. In the process of a tomato clock, if you suddenly think of something to do-- A. If you have to do it right away, stop the tomato clock and declare it obsolete (even if it's 5 minutes away), finish it, and start the same tomato bell again. B. Do not have to do it immediately, mark a comma (for interruptions) after the task in the list, and keep it in another list (for example, call "Unplanned Events"), and then complete the tomato clock.
