Possible causes:The Wireless NIC driver is not installed successfully.

Solution:Uninstall the client software installed on your computer, use the client software in the wireless network card accessory CD, and reinstall it.

Possible causes:The wireless switch of the computer is not enabled.

Solution:In general, the laptop has a wireless switch, such as TP-LINK wireless network card installed on the laptop, please ensure that this switch is enabled, otherwise the wireless signal is not found. Skip this step if the wireless network adapter is installed on the desktop.

Possible causes:The wireless service of the computer is not enabled.

Solution:Find Computer or my computer, Right-click  Click and select Management, And click: Services and applications > Service > WLAN AutoConfig(Wireless service name for Windows 7/8/8.1/10 system ). Right-click WLAN AutoConfig and selectAttribute, Confirm service statusEnabled. The start type isAutomatic. ClickOK. As shown in the following figure. For Windows XP, the Wireless service name is Wireless Zero Configuration. 

Possible causes:The SSID (Wireless name) of the wireless router contains Chinese or special characters, the channel is incorrectly selected, and the SSID (Wireless name) is hidden ).
Solution:We recommend that you change the SSID (Wireless name) to a combination of numbers and letters on the vro management interface. The channel is recommended to be 1-11. Make sure that the wireless function and SSID broadcast (wireless broadcast) are enabled.

Possible causes:The wireless frequencies supported by the wireless network adapter and the wireless router are inconsistent.

Solution:Check whether the frequencies supported by the wireless network adapter and the wireless router are the same. For example, both the 2G and the 5G frequencies are supported. For more information, see the product manual or consult the device manufacturer.

Possible causes:The wireless network card is too far away from the wireless router, or the middle wall or obstacle, and the wireless signal strength seriously degrades.

Solution:Place the wireless network card and the wireless router in the same room and search for wireless signals at close distance.
