1. Wireless router settings

The setting of TP-LINK wireless router is relatively simple. In the setting process, there are two important parameters to remember:

SSID: the name of the wireless base station, in this example, "TP-LINK_6733CA ";

Encryption method and key: in this example, the key is "12345678" encrypted by "WPA2-PSK ";

(1) configuration and description on the vro
Choose "wireless parameters"> "basic settings" for the vro ":

You can select the default status for the SSID number, channel, and band bandwidth. Note that you must check the status before enabling the wireless function. Otherwise, you cannot access the Internet wirelessly.

Open Wireless Security Settings, select WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK

"Authentication Type" has three options: automatic selection, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK, the three basically no difference. The "encryption algorithm" has three options: automatic selection, TKIP, and AES. We generally recommend that you use the AES encryption algorithm.

Note:If you manually select TKIP, the 11N router will display the following interface, which means that the wireless transmission performance will decrease in this encryption mode. Therefore, we recommend that you select "automatic selection or AES ".

At this point, the wireless route security configuration is complete. Finally, select system tool> restart router ".

(2) settings on the wireless network card
1. Connect through a client application
After installing the corresponding driver and client application for the NIC (the driver and client program are in the built-in CD, if not, please log on to the www.tp-link.com.cn to download the relevant program), the following sign appears in the lower right corner of the computer:

Click Scan. The following dialog box is displayed.

Enter the PSK password required for the WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK in the security key, click "OK" to connect to view the "status", the following information appears, as shown in figure 5

After the connection is successful, the Red Cross of the client program will disappear in the lower right corner of the computer.

 

II,AppleIPHONESettings

Step 1: OpenIPHONEOn the main interface, Select"Set"Menu to goWIFISettings page.

Step 2: Enable the wireless switch to search for wireless signals. Click your ownSSID TP-LINK_6733CA"For wireless connection.

Step 3: Enter the wireless key12345678", Click"Join"(If not encrypted, the wireless connection will be successful ).

 

Step 4: When the correspondingSSIDShown above"& Radic;"The wireless connection is successful.

Step 5: Set network parameters.Click">"Button to bring up the wireless connection network parameter settings page (recommended)DHCP).

If you want to set a static IP address, click "static" and manually set "IP address", "subnet mask", "router", and "DNS server ".

 

Step 6:After obtaining the correct network parameters,IPHONEConnect to the network.
