On Saturday, I attended the TT field activities organized by my colleagues in the financial department. The activity took one afternoon. I had a good time this afternoon. It not only activates the body, but also releases the mood, which can be called a physical and psychological pleasure.
There are 30 participants. 27 colleagues from the International Business Department of the financial business department, 2 colleagues from the ISS business department, and one from me. Five of the 30 employees are female colleagues.

At noon, tt's car arrived at the event camp, Dalian Fu jiazhuang TT warrior club, on time. Then we got off the bus. An instructor (code name: "") divided us into two blue-green teams and gave us some precautions. (Now I know the big cake code is "Pisa ".)
After dividing the team, we will get our clothes. I am a green team and have received Green Digital camouflage. After getting the clothes, the instructor gave us a detailed explanation of how to use the equipment (the equipment was not received yet ). I think it's good because I have no doubt.
After the lecture, it is "extended training ". Leg pressure, shoulder pressure or something. Then I made two games. One is a finger-catching game, watching the response speed. An idiom-based game.
Games with idioms are interesting. Thirty people in one circle speak one idiom at a time. Remember. Then, the instructor specified a sentence: candle night in the Cave Room. One person said, "I'm very happy today." Everyone was surprised to say, "Oh ?" Then the man said, "I spent candle night in the Cave Room." What happened ?" Then the man said the idiom he had just said. In this way, a sentence can be burst into laughter. In the cave room, the candle night shows "everything in one breath" and "three hearts and two others", one "lady" and the other "gentleman ". When talking about idioms, another one said "I cannot remember", so he "spent candle nights in the Cave Room" and "I cannot remember ".

There are already three points after the storm. Then we are notified to pick up the equipment (so the so-called extended training is actually waiting for the equipment ). The equipment includes a clip, a hat, and a gun. The gun is plastic, but it feels okay. The clips and hats have four laser receiving points. The laser from the gun hits the receiving point (the laser is invisible to humans), and the person is dead. Dead people need to take off their hats and exit the battlefield.
After we wear our equipment, the car will send us to a 10-minute-long event base. The activity base is a mountain hill. There are Cliff grass pine trees and obstacles or something. There are still more than 30 people. We played four games. Two Attack and Defense battles. A battle. A war of annihilation.
In the attack and defense war, one team is standing on the "head of Hill" and the other team is attacking from the bottom of the hill. Because of the cover of pine trees, lawns, and shrubs, the actual effect is really good. The attacker hides behind the tree and cannot raise the head of the enemy. The attacking side is very hard, because it is necessary to climb and hide from the enemy. In the second round, we attacked and I was surprised to find that I was a little unstable. When I went downhill, I rolled down directly. It turns out that the amount of exercise in this activity is not small.
In a war of annihilation, all enemies are killed.
Our green team is not good at strength. We have no tactical knowledge. There are many women (three of us, two of us) and fewer people (14 of US and 15 others). However, our team has won more. The main reason is that the rules are not reasonable. For example, in a limited-time competition, girls would rather hide than go out to fight. In this way, we will have more people than each other at a later time. Of course, we also have some other good factors. For example, we don't know anyone, so no one is excited to die. Everyone is moving forward step by step. In the second round of the battle, the other party was brave enough to rush to the first people to destroy them one by one. Then, a dozen of us surrounded the remaining two members of the enemy. Also, we respect every team member. At the beginning of each game, we encourage everyone to talk about their ideas.
Therefore, most of the time, it is not the most professional and skilled theoretical person to make things, but the honest and cautious real-person who doesn't understand anything.

It will be more than 7 o'clock. No car picked us up. We walked back to the camp. On the way back, I learned about the expenses and other relevant information from Blue.

Pricing:
Billing standard: RMB 30 per person per game. You can enjoy a discount for over 30 people by group. It seems that if you are a senior member, you can enjoy more discounts (for example, if you are a senior member of TT this time, the price will be more favorable ).
If you do not consider the discount, the annual card is also a good choice. RMB 120/card per year. You can play the yearly card once a month for free. More than 10 yuan each time. (I thought such an activity would be very expensive .)

As an organizer, you should consider the following:
1. Resources. It is best to avoid Saturday, with the most people on Saturday. Too much time is spent waiting for equipment.
2. There are four matches in one afternoon. Because the battery of the equipment is basically used up in four games.
3. You 'd better contact an instructor. Instructors are senior members and professional players. As the game supervisor and mentor, they can make everyone have a better time. If you don't know, try to find one in the TT field camp on the TT warrior's forum. They should be happy to be contacted. Because I reasonably guess the company will have an incentive mechanism to pull business.
4. Prepare a person who is not uncommon to play as a "suijun Reporter". The task is photography. TT will also take a few photos, but it is too small to be addicted.
5. Prepare some water as appropriate. It is very thirsty to play.
6. People with myopia should wear glasses. I am nearsighted but do not wear glasses at ordinary times, and I have no chance to target the enemy. (I shot two more shots, Khan ~~)
