First, you need to install compiz and compizconfig settings manager, then run x settings manager, select "rotate cube", "desktop cube", and "ubuntu unity plugins", and ignore conflicts that conflict with each other, you must enable other modules. Wait until the page is refreshed

Press ctrl + alt, move the mouse, and you will see two desktops and switch between them in 3D space. To set it to a cube, run the settings manager and select the general options -- desktop size -- set the horizontal virtual size to 4, set the vertical virtual size to 1, and the number of desktops to 4, then execute the above operations and you will see a cube floating in front of you. At this time, you can change the above value to see what will happen.

Then we can set the transparency during rotation. Choose "desktop cube"> "transparent cube"> "reduce opacity", and then perform the preceding rotation operation. You can see other desktops when rotating !! You can also use ctrl + alt + left and right keys to rotate the cube.

You can continue to set the window effect. You only need to check the effect items in the window effect and wait until the interface is refreshed. Remember the startup key settings and other key settings of the effect.

If your effect does not match successfully, and the toolbar on the desktop disappears, you can restart and select ubuntu 2D to restore the 2D effect. The reason for the failure is that your system may need to be updated due to video card problems or driver problems.
