Upgrade axis camera firmware with the command line interface

FTP procedure:
Marko:-please connect via an elevated command prompt and FTP the camera
Marko:ftp Ip_camera
Marko:-Your user ROOT and it ' s password

Marko:put P3301_5_40_9_4.bin Flash_all
