When Will UX start?

* "User Experience" is like an outdated term and concept, but I don't know where to replace it (if anything can replace it ). However, in the course of meaningful evolution, there seems to be a lack of interest and efforts in "User Experience. People seem to focus more on the terms and concepts of "information architect", "Interactive Design", and "availability engineering. Maybe we should regard this as a signal.

Another big question is how to train employees who contact customers. If I have not done any work in these aspects, writing "User Experience designer" on my work card will surprise me.
