VBox can send a desktop icon directly to create a shortcut (1) and add it to the startup item.
And the VM does not send to the desktop shortcut this option, then you can manually add a shortcut (2, figure 3) and then put in the startup item, the method is as follows:
Right-click New > Shortcut > Enter command (include quotation marks)
