This error number is unable to find the ESXi host, due to colleagues prior to the deployment of Vcenter, the three ESXi hosts are all using the machine name, converter do not know esxi01 represents the host, the solution is in the converted server in the hosts (C + + The Hosts file in the Windows\system32\drivers\etc\ directory, opened with a text editor) plus parsing (no restart required) to redo the P2V.
