Win7 camera doesn't work.
The camera is available under Windows XP, but cannot be used after switching to a Windows 7 system, the camera itself is a drive-free product, although it cannot be used but the device is found in the system. What's the reason?
The driver-free camera, which has a chip in it, has been integrated into the Windows driver. If your camera doesn't have an integrated Windows 7 driver, your camera won't work. Windows 2000/xp/vista driver and cannot be used in Windows 7. The workaround is as follows:
Ask the manufacturer for the latest camera chip firmware, and if the latest firmware program supports Windows 7, you can fix it by just upgrading the camera chip firmware.
Computer cameras don't work.
This behavior may have two reasons, one is that your camera driver is not installed correctly, the other is your USB interface has a hardware failure. Windows Xp/vista,windows 7 's operating system already has a majority of camera drivers built into it, but as product technology advances, some newer cameras may have to reinstall their own drivers to work properly. Therefore, it is recommended that you first install the camera package you purchased with the driver, see if you can solve the problem.
If there is no problem with the driver, the USB interface may be faulty. First of all, you will change the camera to a USB slot to see if the normal use, if the other slots can be used to indicate that your original USB slot problem, if not, it may be your camera USB interface problems, recommend to repair or replacement.
