　What if the bottom part of the print character is lost?

With the color-box installation or quality-related, may be the color belt box is not fully installed in place, the color belt core has not all entered the corresponding position of the print head, resulting in a blank at the bottom of the character, or the color belt core appears torsion or folding phenomenon. Please check the ribbon, reinstall the Ribbon box or replace the ribbon cartridge.
