What about the XP system without the Add or Remove Programs feature?
Method One:
1, start-run (input gpedit.msc)-OK or enter, open Group Policy;
2, find the Group Policy of the User Configuration, and click on the user configuration in front of the small "+" launched;
3, in the user configuration of the expanded items found: Administrative Templates, locate the Control Panel in the expansion key of the administrative template; Find the Add or remove program, and left click Add or Remove Programs in the right window to add or Remove Programs to find: Delete "Add or Remove Programs", and left-click: Delete "Add or Remove Programs";
4, in the pop-up delete "Add or Remove Programs" Properties window, click: Enabled, and then click: Application-OK, exit the Local Group Policy Editor. Restart the computer, open Control Panel, add or Remove Programs restored.
Method Two: Modify Registry Editor
Registry path: Hkey_current_usersoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversionpoliciesexplorer
1, start-run (input regedit)-OK or enter, open Registry Editor;
2, in the Registry Editor found: HKEY_CURRENT_USER and launched;
3, found in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER expansion items: Software and expand, found in software expansion items: Microsoft and expand;
4, found in the expanded items in Microsoft: Windows and expand, found in Windows expansion items: CurrentVersion and expand, found in the CurrentVersion expansion items: Policies and expand, Found in policies's expanded items: Explorer, and left-click: Explorer; In the right-hand window of the Explorer, locate: Disallowcpl, and right click: disallowcpl, click on the drop-down menu: Delete, OK, Quit Registry Editor.
5, restart the computer, and then open the Control Panel, add or Remove Programs back.
