What is a good PPT?

There have not been many bids for participating and supporting projects over the past few years, but the success rate is good. I have focused on the training of PPT demonstration, the color of the PPT, and the layout of the PPT, although there is still a gap between understanding and practice of presentation elements such as PPT animation and professionals, it is a little better than general water products. I always thought that it was a well-designed PPT that better conveyed our ideas. It reflected the uniqueness of our project and moved the tenderer. However, an occasional chat changed my views.

 

I had tea with a friend who was my old customer and talked about the first project introduction to their company. He said, "At the time, we all knew that the strength and price of the bidding companies were not very different. The other two companies were slightly better than you, we can see who is better. However, your PPT presentation at the site makes us feel that you are more trustworthy, because we have seen a sense of responsibility: All the PPT presentations for a project can be done with such care, the project itself will not be slowed down."

 

This story reminds me of the bidding meeting. We played the second game. It is said that the first team did not do a PPT, and the word version of the instruction document was used from the beginning to the end. The third team made a PPT, but at first glance, you will know that it should be the CTRL + C + Ctrl + V genre, because it has nothing to do with Word documents.

 

This is a little surprising to me, because it may not be as hard as he imagined to do this PPT design. It is just an application of my existing routines, and it is no different from other sdks. Maybe we should thank the other two more for setting off the scenes.

 

But it also gave me the question of "what is the PPT ?" This question has a new understanding: for the demonstration audience, some may see the highlights of your PPT page layout, and some may be attracted by the innovative forms and ideas of your PPT creation, some recognize your concept, and some see your sense of responsibility.

 

Therefore, taking every opportunity on the podium seriously, behind your efforts, you are also conveying your sense of responsibility and gaining their trust.
