What is team spirit?

First of all, when talking about Xiang Studio, the old Members present will definitely associate it with the term "team". My personal blog also says this: no one has the strongest individual, only the strongest team! I believe that every old member has his own unique opinions on the term "team. Today, I want to talk about my personal opinions on the team.

 

Baidu encyclopedia's explanation of team spirit is:The so-called team spirit is simply a concentrated embodiment of the overall situation awareness, collaboration spirit, and service spirit. The foundation of team spirit is to respect individual interests and achievements; the core is collaboration; the highest level is the centripetal force and cohesion of all members, reflecting the unity of individual interests and overall interests, and thus ensure the efficient operation of the Organization.

I wonder if you have heard such a sentence when attending a party class: loyal to the party, actively working for the Communist Party, striving for life, and ready to sacrifice everything for the Party and the people at any time.

Let's take a look at the above paragraph. If you only read the first half of the article, I'm afraid many people will understand that they sacrifice themselves for the team. This is noble and great.

 

I do not disagree with this idea, but I personally think it is too extreme. If you take a closer look at Baidu encyclopedia's explanation of team spirit, you will find that the foundation of team spirit is to respect personal interests and achievements; the core is collaboration; the highest realm is the centripetal force and cohesion of all members. It reflects the unity of individual interests and overall interests, and thus ensures the efficient operation of the Organization.

The key point of this sentence is obvious, that is, the foundation of team spirit.

Without the foundation, what is the core? Where is the highest level? If there is no foundation, nothing can be done later. Even if it is implemented, it will also be implemented, rather than actually implemented!

 

What is the concept of team spirit in Xiang studio?

How can we express our own value in the studio?You have the ability to make others powerful and the studio powerful. This is the embodiment of your value. In addition, this process is mutually reinforcing. When you make others powerful, you will not become weaker, but more powerful!When we were in, all our elders were given help from their predecessors. With their help, we were able to achieve our achievements today. A year ago, I didn't see anything at all. I would be like this now.

In addition to mutual assistance, another important part is the culture of Xiang studio and humanistic care of Xiang studio.

For example, regular activities and small gifts on Holidays make me most touched by the cake in the studio. The studio will deliver a cake on each official member's birthday. Although the cake is small, I am very touched.

There are many other things that you will soon understand.

 

The foundation behind the team spirit is the core of the team spirit: collaboration.

This is mainly reflected in the system and workflow,The studio is a relaxed and free environment, but the system is absolutely indispensable. It is the guarantee of cooperation.

This will be explained in detail at future meetings. We will not mention it here.

In addition to the system, there is also a long-term accumulated workflow and work experience. Because our current job is mainly for website creation, we can also explain the general process of website creation in the future and help you explain whether you are in a technical group or not, I don't think you should know what the frontend is or what the backend is.

 

I mentioned earlier that I do not agree with what you often hear when you are in class. However, disapproval does not mean opposition. I think it is too powerful.

So what should we do?

Did my team create me or my team?

I would like to explain this with my junior high school motto: Today you are proud of your alma mater, and tomorrow your alma mater is proud of you!

The same is true for our team:Today, you are proud of Xiang studio, and tomorrow Tianxiang studio is proud of you!

 

Let's look at the highest level of team spirit: the centripetal force and cohesion of all members reflect the unity of individual interests and overall interests, and thus ensure the efficient operation of the Organization.

People should be taken into consideration for individual interests. Otherwise, what is the significance of your survival? If there is no personal interest and only the overall interest, this person is no different from the slaves.

So,The key is not to put aside personal interests, but to unify personal interests with the overall interests.

Our old man has been helped by the studio. Now is the time for us to pay for the studio. With the support of the team spirit and the core of the team spirit, our payment is very different from the previous extreme payment.

Because in our hearts, we know that this is not a pay, it is a return! What the studio gives us is far greater than what we can give to the studio.

 

Although new members may be brushed off during the examination period, if you really want to enter the studio, you should start to think about how I am doing during this period, how can I quickly improve myself with the help of the studio? How can I return to my studio after I become a talent? I think this is something everyone should think about!

This year is the tenth anniversary of the founding of Xiang studio. I feel very lucky to be a freshman at level 09. I met the Centennial Mining University and the tenth anniversary of Xiang studio...

 

Ten years have passed. Although we have achieved many achievements, although we have made some improvements, we have gradually been caught up by others! There are more opportunities and challenges in front of us!
