Word sets the book fold
Take Word2010 Software as an example to introduce the method of setting book fold:
Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window and switch to the page layout ribbon. In the Page Setup group, click the Display Page Setup dialog box button.
Step 2nd, open the Page Setup dialog box and switch to the Margins tab. In the page number range area, click the Multiple Pages drop-down triangle button and select the Book fold option in the Open Drop-down menu.
Step 3rd, switch to the Paper tab, click the paper size Drop-down triangle button, and select the appropriate paper type from the Open drop-down menu. Because the book-fold page is set, the paper orientation can only be selected "Landscape", so the user should choose a paper type twice times the size of the book format. For example, if the book is A4 format, you should choose A3 Paper, if the book is B5 format, you should choose B4 format. When you have finished setting the paper size, click the OK button.
Step 4th, return to the Word2010 document window, and click the file → print button. Click the single sided print Drop-down triangle button in the Settings area and select the manual duplex option, which allows you to better control the positive and negative placement of the paper. Then click the Print button to start printing. After you finish the first print, you need to put the paper on the reverse side of the printer to print the reverse (the placement direction that may require multiple attempts to determine).
