LV4: You can understand the stems of English jokes (need some background of cultural knowledge)
LV5: You can easily open a conversation with a few daily greetings and continue to talk to each other.
LV6: You can read a novel and write a 1000-word description
LV7: Using English thinking
LV8: You can speak English jokes, make speeches, write poems or research papers. LV9: Almost no accent and very few grammatical mistakes (clerical errors do not count, almost everyone will make a clerical error, which is also necessary to check spelling) LV10: The way you speak is almost indistinguishable from "foreigner", even if there is one.
