Let the bosses change their ideas and believe in employees-I have talked a lot, and I have written a lot. Today, I want to talk about how to handle the issue to the boss's supervisor-let's talk about how to handle the request report.

All matters under your jurisdiction should take the initiative to take responsibility, and do not have to submit an application for the next time, but should be handled in accordance with the system or practices. It is only necessary to ask the boss for advice when there are no precedent, no standards, and no system to be followed. In addition, this kind of request is not to wait for the answer to the question to the boss, but to reflect the situation and make suggestions, so that the boss can make a choice and make a decision in two or more solutions. 1. I handled the new problem by myself and told the boss to handle the problem.

2. The boss should report the work done or not in the shortest time. The report should be completed on time. The report should not be completed on time or as required, so that the boss can make adjustments or new arrangements.

3. report the results of your work in each work period. For example, at the end of one week, January, or one year, whether or not the boss has submitted a report request, a supervisor should take the initiative to report on the progress, gains, and losses (lessons learned ), so that the boss can make arrangements or adjustments in the business decision or work strategy.

4. Actively report on the implementation of new policies and solutions of enterprises.

5. If you have good ideas or new ideas and think they are helpful to the Enterprise, you must report on time.

6. Report any employee dissatisfaction when making a decision to the boss.

7. When you go out for a visit or study, report new experiences or gains.

8. Reports may take various forms, including text messages, emails, written reports, and oral reports, depending on the time or content.

For instructions, the boss must reply to you; for reports, the boss can reply or not reply. Therefore, you do not have to force the report as a supervisor to handle your report, nor give up the report because a report is not answered by the boss.

There is an old saying in China: "taking money ,***". Since the jobs undertaken by supervisors are oriented to the boss, this is trust! This should be more responsible. If you do not dare to take responsibility or do not do anything, this trust will be lost even if the boss trusts you.
