Fault symptom:
A digital camera is connected to a computer and cannot display photos. This is generally caused by the memory card containing incorrect files, viruses, or file format incompatibility caused by the storage card being placed on other devices. To solve this problem, we recommend that you use a camera to format the memory card and then use it again. If there is a required photo on the memory card, we recommend that you perform the following operations:
Set the options of hidden files and folders in windows to "show ". (Here we use Windows 7 as an example. If you use another Windows operating system, refer to the relevant system description)
1. Double-click computer on the desktop ].
2. Click the folder and search option in "organization" in the upper left corner.
3. Click View ].
4. Select "Show hidden files, folders, or drives" in "Hide files and folders" and click "OK ].
5. Double-click to open the removable disk ].
6. Click "DCIM"> "100PHOTO" to check whether the image can be displayed.
Note: If you can see a hidden photo File, back it up to your computer in time. If the above operations are still not displayed, we recommend that you use the camera to format the memory card and then use it again.
