1. Check whether the USB data cable is connected

3. Check the display status of the printer screen
Models without screen display:
Check whether the panel light is on, the red light flashes, the toner is insufficient; the red light is on normally, the toner is exhausted or the door is opened; the orange light is on, the paper is short of paper, the specific status is recommended you install monitoring software to view it.
Model with screen display:
The screen will show specific error, such as: no paper, paper jam, door opening, insufficient Toner, replacement of toner cartridges, invalid toner cartridges, not installed, Toner exhausted, etc.
Description:
1. if you have an earlier model, go to the machine menu to check whether the [USB] mode option is available. If yes, there will be a speed option in the options. We recommend that you change the speed to slow. Save the settings and restart your computer.
2. We recommend that you uninstall the old driver and try to install the new driver again.
