Downloaded from the Internet a few learning Word documents, opened to find that can only read, can not change, and even the cursor is always in front, can not move, and the menu bar, toolbars are not used. What is this for? First reaction I check its properties--not set to read-only. This document may be protected by a document. How do I clear document protection? The following solutions are implemented.
Workaround:
1, first save the document as a Web page (HTML) format
2, and then use Notepad to open the saved HTML file
3, then in Notepad to find password, should be able to find such content "<w:UnprotectPassword>C782CE28</w:UnprotectPassword>" in the middle of the 8 characters ( Here is the C782ce28) is the password-compiled, the 8 characters deleted;
4, the last word to open the modified HTML document, and then cancel the document protection--there is no password (save as no password Word, tool options to remove protection)
This time the Word file can be used normally. Office software as a platform for Microsoft, has been recognized all over the world, another office network version is also good, we have time to try!
