What to do if a network printer cannot print under the Win7 system
The "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Network" protocol and the TCP/IP protocol for the local Area Connection properties of the network adapter are properly installed;
On "My Computer" right click "Management" select "Service and Application" click "Service" in the inside find "Print Spooler" entry start, the following figure:
Enable the Guest user, "user" in Computer Management, and the "account disabled" check in the right guest General option, Control Panel-system and security-management tools-local Security policy-local policy-User rights Assignment, "Access this computer from the network" , and "Deny access to this computer from the network" to delete the Guest account;
I can see the network printer in my WIN7, but I can't add the network printer, and when I add, I am prompted: "The printer is not found, please make sure the printer name is correct"
Directs the user to enable the Print Spooler service in the service and, if it is already enabled, deactivate it before restarting it;
It is possible that the guest user did not start and then add the printer again after starting the guest account.

"File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft networks" to see if this item is blocked in the firewall, to be set to allow, if it is a shared host connected to the local area network printer, also to view the firewall settings for this host, you can turn off the firewall test if necessary, the following figure:
For a shared host connected to a local area network printer, it is also possible that the shared host is using an XP system, only the printer driver installed under XP, the driver can only support the xp/200x system of machine-sharing printing, and does not support Win7.
Click Start \ Control Panel \ View devices and printers;
Select Add Printer, select Add Local printer, click Step;
Select "Create New port" \ Select "Local Port", press Next, prompt for port name, enter the absolute path of shared printer, the format is: \\*** (computer name of shared printer or IP address) \*** (share name of shared printer), press OK;
Choose your own network printer "manufacturer", "model", and press the next step; (You can choose to install from disk if not in the list)
Select the driver version (the currently installed driver is recommended), and then next;
Type the name of the printer, and then next;
