Simulation of WINCCV62 with S7-PLCSIMV54 and MPI network
1, PC/PG Port selection: STEP7 Select Plcsim (MPI), WINCC Select MPI (WINCC) ――>plcsim (MPI).
2, first in the STEP7V54 software to compile a good program.
3, open the S7-PLCSIMV54 software, in the window out of the check the following option, click the second option, select Open the STEP7V54 program project.
4, download the program and run.
5, open WINCCV6.2 and New project, add new driver in variable management, select S7, then new connection in MPI, change slot number in attribute to 2, right-click on MPI ――> system parameter ――> unit ――> in Logical device item Choose "Plcsim (MPI)".
6, create a new variable and edit the screen, and then save the run. (Same as the 60 version)
Two, TCP/IP network simulation 1,
1, PC/PG Port selection: STEP7 election Plcsim (RFC1006), WINCC selected Cp_i2_1:――>plcsim (RFC1006).
2, first in the STEP7V54 software configuration hardware (to have cp343-1 and fill in the IP address) and edit the control program.
3, open the S7-PLCSIMV54 software, in the window out of the check the following option, click the second option, select Open the STEP7V54 program project.
4, download the program and run.
5, open WINCCV6.2 and new projects, add new drivers in variable management, select S7, and then create a new connection in TCP/IP (remember to fill in the STEP7 configuration when the IP address), change slot number 2. Right-click on TCP/IP ――> system Parameters ――> unit ――> Select "Cp_i2_1:" in Logical device entry.
6, create a new variable and edit the screen, and then save the run. (same as 60 version) three, PROFIBUS network simulation 1, PG/PC interface selection: STEP7 select S7onine (STEP7) ――>plcsim (PROFIBUS), WINCC selected Cp_i2_1:――>plcsim (PROFIBUS). 2, WINCC in the PROFIBUS new connection, and then enter the PROFIBUS system parameters ――> Unit ――> Logical device name selected: Plcsim (PROFIBUS). Other simulation of MPI and TCP/IP.
