Of course, there is a little difference in the form of the "little thoughts" (or "little exercises") in each tributary, and there is no need to study it too much.

"Nian li", "qigong", "internal power", and "special function" are considered as unusual forces. Others are not analyzed, I would like to briefly describe the cause of "Nian li". In fact, "Nian li" is the power of concentration, which can make all parts of the body feel angry. I believe that anyone has this ability, however, it is difficult to concentrate without training. "Little thoughts" are the guidance of a concentrated mental power. If you practice it properly, you can drive this kind of power at any time, the rapid changes in tactics will not lead to mental dispersion. This is the "Mindfulness" that exists when you practice "small thoughts 」.

For example, if a healthy person falls down from six to seven feet high and is not prepared to fall down, it may be a sprained or falling foot, however, it is only possible to jump down with preparation in advance. When the feet are on the ground, the force can be automatically unloaded and the elasticity can be reversed. In addition, it must be the effect of muscle rebound in the relaxed state. It is also the characteristic of muscle relaxation, this is the result of the combination of "Nian force" and muscle characteristics.

Note: according to the analysis results of Modern Science on muscle research, experiments show that muscle relaxation or relaxation can produce greater endurance than tightening muscle (commonly known as force) in a state of constant speed activity, therefore, it is even more proved that the five masters have learned about muscle characteristics several hundred years ago by creating "little thoughts" to relax muscles and exercise slowly and quickly.

2) It is a "structure". The two-character yangma aims to concentrate the power of the individual towards the goal, and the "anus lifting" means to combine the body with the feet, so that the feet are in the prepare state, it is important to remember to generate "Nian li" and other features. The spread, hold, and manipulation of the "little thoughts" are a subtle theoretical structure. These beckoning methods are between the arch and the scale. The shape is extended proportionally. The arch bridge with the unloading force is formed first, and then the shape is extended to form a circular circle and spread, the volatile technique is used to form a half sphere. Note that if an object is a circle, it can enhance the impact resistance and the most active operation power, and the acceleration effect is faster and more labor-saving than any shape. The structural idea of "Xiao Nian" is to create an inspiration from the strong structure of the circle. Every moves are made by promoting the structure of the circle, and then working with "Nian li 」, it becomes a powerful tactic. If it can be used properly, it can exert more powerful attack and defense capabilities. Therefore, the above analysis and modern scientific experiments prove that, we should firmly believe that all the tricks of "thoughts" should not be hard and hard to get tired. If we work together with our thoughts, we will be able to do whatever we want and enjoy it freely.

 

Technical Points of Wing Chun's Thoughts
