Step 1th, open the Word 2007 document window, select the paragraph you want to set pagination options for, or select the full text. In the Word 2007 Start Ribbon, click the Display paragraph dialog box button in the paragraph group, as shown in the figure.
Click the Word 2007 Display Paragraph dialog box button
Step 2nd, switch to the line and Page Break tab in the open Word 2007 Paragraph dialog box, and in the page break area contains 4 paging-related options, each of which features the following:
(1) Word 2007 Widow Control: When a paragraph is separated in two pages, if the paragraph has only 1 rows on any page, the paragraph is completely placed on the next page;
(2) Word 2007 is the same page as the next paragraph: the currently selected paragraph remains on the same page as the next paragraph;
(3) No paging in Word 2007: Prevents pagination in the middle of a paragraph, and if the current page cannot be completely positioned, the paragraph will be completely placed on the next page;
(4) Word 2007 Pre-page:
Select the appropriate check box as needed, and click the Word 2007 OK button, as shown in the figure.
