The purpose of using WordArt is to highlight the corresponding text content. Word provides a very limited WordArt style, so how do you break through the word WordArt Gallery and set up a text for the annotation? To set up personalized WordArt, we can modify the WordArt from the following aspects.
(1) Beautify the contour of the WordArt
Beautify the WordArt contour refers to the art word line thickness, color and other styles to modify.
Step 1th, select the WordArt you inserted, and click the Format tab of the WordArt tool.
Step 2nd, in the WordArt styles area, click the Shape Outline button to expand the WordArt outline to change the Drop-down menu, as shown in Figure 1.
Step 3rd, click the color you like in theme colors or standard colors, and change the color of the WordArt's edge.
Step 4th, click the Weight menu item and select a value, such as 1.5 points, in the submenu to change the size of the WordArt line.
Step 5th, by default, the WordArt's edge is solid, and if you need to take a dashed line as a sideline, click the dashed item, and then select the style you prefer.
Step 6th, select the Pattern menu item, open the Patterned Line menu, select a pattern as the edge of the WordArt, and set the background color and foreground color of the pattern as shown in Figure 2.
(2) To modify a WordArt shape Click the Change Shape button to select a shape in the expanded Drop-down menu to replace the existing WordArt shape, as shown in Figure 3.
(3) Modify WordArt fill pattern
WORD2007 supports the use of color, pictures, patterns, gradient colors, and so on to fill the shape of the WordArt, so that the artistic effect of the text is more distinctive.
Step 1th, select the WordArt, and click the Format tab of the WordArt tool.
Step 2nd, click the Shape Fill button in the WordArt styles area, expand the Drop-down menu, select the Fill color, picture, texture, pattern, or set the WordArt color gradient as you want, as shown in Figure 4.
