There is a row of function keys above the keyboard, followed by F1-F12, which function differently in different applications. These function keys and their functions with control key CTRL, Shift, and alt are used for reference to interested friends.
1, F1: Open the Microsoft Word Help window.
2, SHIFT+F1: Open the Help tool (small question mark).
3, ALT+CTRL+F1: Display system information.
4, ALT+F1: Select the next field.
5, ALT+SHIFT+F1: Select the previous domain.
6, Shift+f2: Copy the selected text, move the cursor to the place you want, press the ENTER key to paste the copied text.
7, Alt+ctrl+f2: Open the file.
8, Ctrl+f2: Print Preview.
9, Alt+shift+f2: Save the file.
10, F2: Cut the selected text, move the cursor to the place you want, press the ENTER key to paste the cut text.
11, Shift+f3: Toggle the case of the selected Western characters.
12, Alt+f3: Add selected text to AutoText.
13, F3: After entering the name of an AutoText entry, press this key to convert the name to that entry.
14. CTRL+F3: Cut selected text or pictures (you can use them multiple times) and add text and pictures to an AutoText entry named "Spike".
15, Ctrl+shift+f3: The Above "Spike" in the text and pictures inserted at the cursor, and the entry cleared.
16:CTRL+F4: Closes the current document and prompts to save if it is not saved.
17, F4: Repeat the previous step of the operation.
18, Alt+f4: Close all documents, if not saved, will be prompted to save, and quit Word.
19, Shift+f4: After the "find" operation, close the Find dialog box, press this key combination, the equivalent of pressing the "Find Next" button.
20, Alt+f5: All open Word documents to maximize the window, restore to the original size.
21, Ctrl+f5: The current Word document to maximize the window, restore to the original size.
22, Ctrl+shift+f5: Create a label.
23, F5: Open the Find and Replace dialog box, and select the Positioning tab.
24. SHIFT+F5: Move the cursor back and forth at the last 4 edits.
25:CTRL+F6: Switch back and forth between multiple open document windows (at least two documents open to see the results of this action).
26. Alt+f6: Toggles between two open document windows (at least two documents open to see the results of this operation).
