WPS Practical Tips: Use WPS 2012 to save Web page content

Surfing the internet to see a wonderful article to save what to do? Select, copy, run Word, paste and rearrange formatting? It's long-winded. With the WPS Office 2012 Text Tool, we can easily save the content of the Web page to WPS's online material, a key operation, very convenient.

First, save the content of the Web page as online material

Before surfing the Internet, remember to run the WPS 2012 Text Tool, click on the "Material Library" button in the upper right corner, or click the "Material Library" button in the "Illustrations" feature section of the Ribbon "Insert" tab to open the WPS material Library, as shown in Figure 1. Don't forget to click on the bottom left corner of the "web crawl has been turned off" to open the Web crawl function.

Select the contents of interest in the Web page, you can see, in the vicinity of the selection of the "WPS Material Library" floating icon, move the mouse to it, click on the pop-up menu "save to WPS Material Library", as shown in Figure 2.

By default, the content is saved in the form of online footage to my material → temp file, as shown in Figure 3.

Second, the use of online materials

Click on the "Material Library" material list of the corresponding material, you can get the details of the material, as shown in Figure 4.

We can click the "Copy" button in the middle, copy the content to the Clipboard, and then press the "CTRL + V" key in the location where the document needs to be pasted. You can also drag the corresponding footage icon below to drag it directly to the location that the document needs. How is it convenient to use it?

Right, click on the "Edit" button in the middle, you can edit the properties of the material, such as "tag", "Save Directory", and so on, as shown in Figure 5.

Of course, the above operating conditions are required to register WPS member and login. You will be prompted for the first time you use the material library. Just click on the appropriate button to register or login on it. Stop nagging here and try it quickly.
