WPS Text Document Protection reject replication

CTRL + C, CTRL + V (copy, paste) The two combination of shortcut keys are copied artifacts. Sometimes I worked hard to spend a lot of time and painstaking efforts to organize, creative works accidentally by someone else to CTRL + C, CTRL + V to leave the copy. So how do we protect our documents and prevent others from replicating? Protection with a password is sure to prevent us from opening our documents, but what if our documents are for others? At this time, encrypted documents are often very helpless. Document protection, refuse to copy, that is, through the protection settings to achieve other people can view the contents of the document, but can not do any operation, including copying, pasting, editing and so on a series of operations, truly effective protection of the contents of the document, refused to copy!

Operation Steps:

① Open the WPS text document, as shown in Figure 1:

② Click "Review" in the menu bar, locate the Document protection button in "Review", and click the left mouse button, as shown in Figure 2:

③ Click "Protect Document", open the "Protect Document" dialog box, select "form Field"

④ set the password, and then click OK, note, please be sure to properly keep the password, once lost or forgotten, will not be restored! As shown in Figure 3.

⑤ Protect Document settings successfully, you cannot select any content in the document through the mouse cursor, the right-click menu and menu bar function buttons are inactive and cannot be used, as shown in Figure 4;

⑤ Unprotect: Click the menu bar "review" → "Unprotect the Document", as shown in "Figure 5"
