First you need to use a router to connect your Xbox to the LAN, and then go to xexmenu from Xbox.

When properly connected, the LAN IP (like my IP is 192.168.1.104) is displayed in the bottom IP address.
Remember this IP and leave it alone now to the PC side to operate.

Now open FLASHFXP. (The left border shows the files in your PC, and on the right you are the Xbox HDD)
Now follow the steps in the diagram.



Now just fill it out in my picture. Server or URL to fill your xboxip. Both the user name and password are Xbox. Fill in the next point to connect to your 360 hard drive.


Now it's time to start uploading.

Find the game files on your PC by right-clicking on the transfer.
