XENAPP "protocol driver error"

During the implementation of tobacco for a city, the XenApp environment was basically deployed, and applications such as OFFICE, OA, and collaborative OFFICE were released, and the firewall was mapped to the Internet. In the Intranet access test, all application loads on XENAPP1 and XENAPP2 are normal. The customer needs to work on the Internet. Perform Internet ing on XENAPP1 and XENAPP2 respectively (Internet ing settings). Access the application through an Internet ip address and open the micorosfot word application to prompt "XenApp protocol driver error ".
On the Intranet, no matter whether the load is on XENAPP1 or XENAPP2, an error is reported when the load is on XENAPP2 over the Internet. Telnet 1494, 2598, 1495, and 2599 through the Internet.

Intranet access is normal, but an error is reported during Internet access. Is there a problem with the ing? I opened the app and opened the downloaded ica file through notepad. The address ing is correct. Why does XENAPP1 not appear. In my impression, I once heard that you can disable port 2598. By default, the application automatically opens port 2598 OF THE XENAPP server; of course, you can only map one of the ports 1494 and 2598 to access the application.
Disable 2598 (Session reliability): log on to the web interface server through the Remote Desktop, locate inetpub in the root directory of drive C, and find default. ica to modify the settings;
 
Open c: \ inetpub \ wwwroot \ citrix \ xenapp \ config \ default. ica in notepad and add CGPAddress = to save it. The client configuration file also needs to be modified;

Save the modification. Then access the application through the Internet. It is found that it is normal to open.
The reason may be that port 2599 mapped to the firewall may be incorrect.
