XHTML Modularization

Why is XHTML modularized? Although XHTML is simple, it has a lot of content, including the vast majority of functions required by a network designer. On the one hand, the content of XHTML is rich and complex, but on the other hand, it is very simple. To split XHTML into small modules, W3C has established a series of small defined XHTML elements, they are used independently by simple devices that can be combined with other XML standards into larger and more complex programs.
