When you get to the place, you will know that the so-called comprehensive interview is also called a stress interview, which is to give you some pressure questions for you to answer, then I heard a teacher say that the comprehensive interview is followed by a verbal test. Everyone was dumpfounded, and nobody thought of it so quickly, so there was no preparation at all. Then everyone sent a text message and asked the dormitory to send a template.

I was nervous before the comprehensive test and may be scared by others. Sorry, but after I entered the test, I felt that the teacher was not very difficult. The first question I asked was: "If someone has a very good technique, but is weak in character testing or other aspects, then another person is not very good at technology and has a very good personality, what do you say if you are an examiner?" My answer is: "It depends on the positions assigned to them. If it is a R & D position, of course, the technology is a little important, and there are a few personality questions that will not affect them, however, it would be inappropriate if the personality problem is serious. If you are in a technical support position, you will have a dominant position in personality, because he will often deal with customers, if this is not done well, it is definitely unqualified!" The second question is "How important is communication in the project development process ?", Then I gave examples in some projects. This problem is depressing later. He asked, "If you want to lead a team to build a project, the number of projects that the leader gives you is 40 days, but it is limited to 30 days, in 28 days, he found that you could not do it. If I was a leader, how should you communicate with me?" Then I began to say that without a few words, he said, if you say so, your leadership will surely have the impulse to quarrel with your squid ....... ⊙ B Khan! Then I am very depressed. Fortunately, the examiner moved the topic and asked me if I had any idea about the treatment? I said I did not know how enterprises set treatment standards for employees. He just talked about it. I said that I had read it online before and said that the treatment in Xi'an is 4500. Then I asked if I had any requirements for the city. I said that I had only been to Beijing for cities outside the province and had no special feelings for other cities, so I would obey the arrangement. Then the comprehensive test is over, and it feels a little worse than the technical test in the morning.

The next step is the oral test. An examiner and three people join in. The other two in my group are both graduate students. The teacher first asked me: "Please introduce your latest project !" Fortunately, this is not very difficult. I can still say a few words in English for the project, and then I will give a few rough sentences. Then I asked if I had joined the Community. I said no. Then I asked if I attended any interest groups. I said I attended the VR lab. After that, I went over and turned to the other two to ask questions. I feel that this examiner has been abroad for a long time. It is an authentic English.

Then all the interviews are over, so wait for the company to inform you .......

I feel that my first interview with the company is still smooth, but there are still many areas to be improved. Come on!
